I recently purchased your DVD a few weeks ago and wanted to let you know I was very impressed on how professional this DVD was produced.
I just finished giving you a 5 star review at Amazon.com and it should be posted by end of week.
I've been doing the rites the past few months, and wanted to make sure I was doing them correct. Your DVD was so precise and clear, it was as if you were right there in the room with me.
I'm 53 and in good health. I do Tai Chi, rebounding and stretching. I usually alternate between them.
The 5 rites are now the first thing I do in the morning when I get up, seven days a week.
I do a few minutes of Tai Chi to warm up and then do the rites. I can now do 21 reps of all.
People have been telling me how good I look, and asking what I've been doing. I tell them about the rites and recommend your DVD to them.
I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate when people do something at a high level, and know how to present it properly in simple to understand language. (No fancy tech talk). It's obvious you and the camera man worked very well together. It's a well thought out DVD.

I notice that on rite #1 you have left palm up. Right palm down.
I also notice in the book both palms are down.
Does it really make a difference either way.

I do it left palm up like you do.
